How packs work
A pack is a ready-made playlist, written for a particular theme.
Select one and its phrases join whatever is already playing. Select several and they all play together.
Click any single phrase to leave it out, and click the pack itself to take all of it in or out at once.
“My Playlists” is whichever playlist you have selected in the Playlists tab — Foundations, or one of your own. Deselect it when you want to hear only your packs.
The starter packs work on every plan, and a pack you buy stays yours — even if Plus ends.
Getting a pack. Health, Wellness and Affluence are free at somote.app/packs — download one and double-click the file, and it appears here. Paid packs work the same way and add images and binaural presets: buy, double-click, then paste the key from your email.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A note on flashing content and sound.
SOMOTE works by flashing your phrases and photos on screen — including, at some settings,
very rapid micro-flashes. A small percentage of people may experience seizures, blackouts,
or severe dizziness when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, even with no prior history.
If you — or anyone who shares this screen — have a history of epilepsy or
photosensitive seizures, do not use SOMOTE without consulting a doctor first.
Stop using it immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, altered
vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, disorientation, or convulsions.
ON BINAURAL BEATS AND BILATERAL SOUND
Binaural beats and bilateral sound are designed for use with stereo headphones to create their intended effect.
Listen at a comfortable volume, and do not use while driving, operating machinery, or during
any activity that requires your full attention.
If you have a history of epilepsy, seizures, or another neurological
condition, are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under the care of a physician, consult
your healthcare provider before using binaural beats if you have any questions or concerns.
Discontinue use immediately if you experience dizziness, headaches, nausea, discomfort, or any
other adverse effects.
