Who it's for

SOMOTE is for anyone who wants to change what they tell themselves.

Many of our current thoughts were introduced by other people long ago. SOMOTE helps you choose what you tell yourself instead.

SOMOTE was created to set us free from limiting self-talk and replace it with thoughts that serve us, thoughts that help create the reality we each want. SOMOTE does this with affirmations, which are short, positive sentences about yourself, such as “I am enough exactly as I am.” It also includes science-backed tools to help you calm down, relax or focus quickly.

SOMOTE is for people who know that a sabotaging voice or mindset costs them too much, especially people whose work depends on believing in themselves before the proof exists.

Founders & operators

Self-doubt affects the decisions you make.

The voice asking “Who do you think you are?” influences how big you'll go, what you'll charge, and which rooms you'll feel comfortable in. A scarcity mindset is a serious problem when you're the one making the decisions.

Artists, writers & makers

Create the inner voice that helps you share your gifts.

Have you ever tried to work while a voice reminds you that things never work out for you, or that everyone knows you never follow through? When you replace that voice, it becomes easier to do your best work.

A woman sits barefoot on the floor of an empty apartment, looking out at the New York City skyline.

People starting over

Your old thoughts can follow you into a new life.

You might be moving to a new city, starting a new career or rebuilding your life. If you want to become a version of yourself you haven't been before, replace the thoughts that shaped your past experiences.

The one everyone leans on

Give yourself the support you give others.

Sometimes we find ourselves being kinder to others than we are to ourselves, but SOMOTE makes improving self-talk easy and quick.

A young man studies at a desk covered in books and papers, taking notes in a notebook.

Anyone under real pressure

SOMOTE keeps working when your routines fall apart.

Final exams, a big launch or any stretch of time with no room for error can make most routines fall apart. The only routine that lasts through a week like that is one with nothing to open, nothing to write down, and no need to find ten spare minutes to say words you don't believe yet.

Athletes & competitors

Mental preparation separates athletes at the top level.

At your level, everyone trains. What separates the medal winners from fourth place is what you can see and feel yourself doing. SOMOTE makes structured self-talk and visualization easy, and it runs throughout your day, every day.

A mother sits on a playroom floor, laughing as she hugs her two young children.

Parents

Your children learn how to talk to themselves from you.

The sentences your children hear about effort, money, and worth become the ones they repeat to themselves as adults. SOMOTE helps you build your patience and your ability to be present.

Everyone repeats certain thoughts to themselves throughout the day.

Many of those thoughts came from other people a long time ago. What you repeat creates your beliefs about your body, your money, your work, and whether you are easy to love.

SOMOTE lets you replace them without having to create and maintain new habits and rituals.
